EcomShadow uses Indian buyer search data, prices in INR (₹1,499/month for Pro), and was designed for Indian sellers handling RTO (return to origin) rates and festival sale spikes specifically. We also bundle a free PDF & Label Cropper and AI Image Studio, which Helium 10 doesn't offer.

Is my data safe on EcomShadow?

Your data is encrypted at rest using AES-256 and in transit via TLS 1.3. Marketplace API credentials are stored in an encrypted vault separate from your workspace data. EcomShadow is built to comply with India's DPDPA (Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023) and we never share or sell seller data — that's a written commitment in our privacy policy.

Do I need a credit card to sign up?

Accepted Answer

No — the free forever plan does not require a credit card. You can sign up with email and Google or email-OTP, connect a marketplace, and start using the dashboard within minutes. A card is only needed if you upgrade to Pro, Premium, or Enterprise, and we accept UPI AutoPay so you can pay without a credit card if you prefer.

What is the PDF & Label Cropper and Image Studio?

PDF & Label Cropper takes the multi-page label PDF you download from Amazon Seller Central or Shopify and instantly crops out individual 4×6 print-ready labels, separates invoices, and produces a SKU summary — turning what used to be a 30-minute manual chore into one click. Image Studio takes a single product photo and generates six marketplace-ready images per pack: a hero shot, a closeup, two scene images, an in-use shot, and a promo with overlay. Both tools are included on every plan, even the free one.

Can I cancel anytime?

Accepted Answer

Yes — there is no contract on any paid plan. You can cancel from your account settings at any time and your access continues until the end of the current billing month. Free plan users obviously have nothing to cancel — you can simply stop using the dashboard whenever you like.
